I liked the hotel location, close to everything. Close to tram, metro and bus stop. The hotel is in the centre of everything. However breakfast was very poor.

I forgot $2,200 in safe box. The management returned all of it. This hotel has the best security. I couldn’t believe I will get my money. I thank all of the management.

the breakfast was very good and location is perfect. and the staff especially the reception Mrs. Malak was so cute. I love her my regards to her.

Of course not a 4 star facilitate hotel. Fitness center is mentioned but it’s not there. I have booked because of gym.. disappointed. Plus point is only location Other all are below average
